While owning his own small business, Tony was hired at 84 Lumber Company to sell building materials.  At 84 Lumber, he gained a comprehensive understanding of the structural and finish components of  buildings. He also developed a strong understanding of reading blueprints, estimating, and value engineering options to assist builders in optimizing value while meeting project budgets. He built strong and valuable relationships with builders, subcontractors, and their teams.

In 2007, Tony obtained his General Contractor's license and founded Timeless Properties Inc. This milestone allowed him to embark on small to intermediate commercial construction projects. Timeless Properties Inc. initially focused on collaborating with local school systems, government entities, and banks, particularly in managing foreclosure properties. The company gained recognition through several significant repainting projects at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, including multiple dormitory buildings. The positive feedback and expanding opportunities led to the creation of the TIMELESS Paint & Drywall division, further enhancing the company's service offerings.

Despite the economic downturn, TIMELESS managed to grow steadily by diversifying its services. During this period, the company expanded its offerings to include interior build-outs, new construction, and development, while continuing to foster strong relationships with local government entities. The Paint & Drywall Division also flourished, extending its services to local, regional, and national home builders.  

With the uptick in the economy, Tony left his position at 84 Lumber Company to go all in on Timeless Properties Inc. With a strong foothold, the creation of full time office personnel and site supervisors were established. Tony continued to create new relationships and grow partnerships with developers, local business owners, and national brands on a variety of local upfits, renovations, and development projects.

Tony continued with his steady plan of growth through years of turmoil through Hurricane Florence, Covid, material shortages, high inflation, and a lot of uncertainty. During this time and in continued efforts to grow, he obtained his South Carolina General Contractors license.

Throughout 2023 and 2024 he continued on a path of high growth expanding the team, services, and opportunities for company growth. Tony acquired a new office building to accommodate the growing team while extending services throughout North and South Carolina. TIMELESS also obtained North Carolina Utility and North Carolina Highway licenses. In late 2024, Tony began the rebranding process to better define Timeless Properties Inc. and the services the company provides. Ultimately defining the brand for the big and bold future as TIMELESS Construction.
